Recordist's notes
From a picturesque Summer afternoon in a Romeo, MI backyard comes this recording of Churchbell songs and field ambiance. I used a CROWN SASS-P stereo mic with a large wind screen and low cut, and then ran that into my Tascam DR-07 recorder. The audio was captured in 96 kHz / 24 bit / WAV, which has been lowered to 48/16 for this site. You can get a really nice small town in the Summer vibe, with layers of crickets merging with the bells echoing from about a block away. I have many more field recordings, sound collages, and mixtapes available on soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/rjsfoundsounds
