Recordist's notes
Simple recording of downtown ambiance near Chicago's Union Station. Just me with a Tascam DR-07 set up on a concrete ledge, peering out towards cabs and bikers racing down one of the city's busier avenues. Used a wind screen and low cut filter, was around 9 AM in the middle of July morning commute. You can also hear people walking past and pulling luggage on rollers and little bits of their conversations.
