Recordist's notes

Another sound I had read about on the 100 Soundscapes of Japan project website - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/100_Soundscapes_of_Japan. This US-style clock tower was installed in 1878; Sapporo was a city built with the help of the American government and this is the oldest building there.
