Churchbells ringing, a helicopter flying above, people are sitting on the lawn in front of the University of Bonn, chatting, drinking their first spring beer, playing guitar, wearing t-shirts. I walk towards the Biergarten packed with people who ssem to have switched immedeately from winter to spring/summer mood.
