An excerpt of a live audiostream from a microphone positioned on the roof ridge of the Polarmuseet, the most visited museum in Tromso / Romssa. The microphone points away from the harbour towards the city. Heavy rainfall, sheeting water, drips onto metal gutter on the slate tiled roof near the harbour, cars driving through slush, kittiwakes and gulls, RF hum.
