Rue Noël Ballay - This artery is one of the main shopping streets of the city. Walkers go quietly, sometimes with rather amused discussions. A tramp and his dog wait in front of an establishment. Everyone knows the guy, this causes him plays nothing and chats a lot. But on the other hand, as soon as he begins to play the guitar, and to... whistle (we will describe the sound like that), we quickly run away !
