Tourists gather on the roofed open panoramic view place at the upper platform of "Palace in the Sky", the unfinished mansion from the Marcos period in the eighties, now a tourist attraction with widespread views from the top of the inactive stratovulcano Mount Sungay (or Mount Gonzales). Someone from the Tagaytay Picnic Grove is showing a big white snake. WLD 2016
