Tourists, swallows and market vendors at the unfinished mansion (palace in the Sky) from the Marcos period in the eighties, now a tourist attraction with widespread views from the top of the inactive stratovulcano Mount Sungay (or Mount Gonzales). Recorded in the stairway between 1st floor and ground floor. WLD 2016
