Recordist's notes

This is a recording of a metal crank from a filled-in well in a small park on the village square. The metal crank is pressed into a wooden cylinder around which a chain used to wind. The well is filled in, the chain is gone, and the crank spins loosely inside the cylinder without moving it. The sound of metal rubbing against the worn wood of the cylinder.
