Recordist's notes
Construction is underway on a new building called The Modernist. The old building that was previously in this location was completely demolished. The Modernist seems to be one of those new buildings offering fancy-looking but incredibly overpriced apartments inaccessible to regular working people. It is part of the Rotterdam Make it Happen campaign. Construction will be finished by the end of 2028. Recorded with zoomH8 and a pair of BasicUcho mics
