Recordist's notes

Having accompanied a friend to the train, I did a short recording with a Zoom H2n in surround mode as lots was happening: a large group of people with kids were waiting for a different train, a local one going to villages around the city. Kids were shouting and throwing firecrackers at each other. Once their train arrives, they climb in and the soundscape gives in to the more mechanical noises of the trains and signals (departing carriages, a locomotive passing by etc.)
