Recordist's notes

We are visiting here an environmental memorial so to say. The drone of the motorway hangs in the air. On invitation of the Weetfeld Citizens Organisation in 2000, Dieter Wiefelspitz, a Member of Parliament had taken a sample of Weetfeld earth here and took it with him to Berlin. An art project in the Parliament there gathers earth and local stories from all over the country. “This way, we could saved at least one small part of Weetfeld earth …”, Rudi and Stefan say ironically.
