Recordist's notes

The recording was taken with a iPhone 14 pro in the morning while there was fire alarm was activated in building. Before alarm temperature was -10c and everything covered with snow outside, nobody was outside. but after fire alert everyone was outside the building and people were nervous and the atmosphere around building was noisy. In the end officer asked that was false call.
