Recordist's notes
What is interesting in this recording is the changing tone of the bells after the initial three-ring signature. I imagine a different hammer/clapper is used to achieve the slightly 'phasey' and duller sounding ring for the continuous tolling that follows. Oh and at the beginning you can here the rustle of a field mouse curious as to what I was doing - very sweet!
