Argument with the bus driver

A heated argument between the bus driver and a woman who had bought a ticket for a different departure hour but insisted on taking the bus at a different time. The driver refused to let her on board and the woman was very agitated about this, especially since it was the last return trip to Barcelona. The woman blocked access to the bus for other passengers. A small scuffle ensued. Interested passengers approached the front of the bus. (roland r-07)
