Recordist's notes
Inside the crowded La Formentara cafe. Staff were taking and bringing orders without stopping. Near the table where I sat there was a coffee and beverage point and a small store selling baked goods, bread and pastries. Customers waiting in line and talking. Other guests were seated both inside and outside. (roland r-07)
