Recordist's notes
The recording was made around 6:00 AM at the small harbor in the village of Kerkini. My original intention was to capture the sounds of the Dalmatian pelicans and cormorants gathering nearby. Instead, I stumbled upon a tree pulsating with an extraordinary acoustic energy, which became the sole focus of this recording. Record by: Alexandros Hadjitimotheou
