We return from the bazar just in time to join another procession around the temple. Everyone is gathering in front of the temple. Plates of offerings being passed over heads to the priest. Some women are carrying bowls of burning and smoking offerings on their heads. With much physical and sonic participation the statue of the Goddess is hoisted onto an ornate carriage. Everyone near grabs hold of one of the two thick robs pulling and eventually the carriage gets into motion.
