Recordist's notes
Recording of a sound event at an estuary. The recording captures the quiet ambience of the space before a group of French-speaking people appear, attempting to cross the river. The sounds include their voices, footsteps in the water, and laughter as they cross a deeper section. The group was planning to look for shellfish (limpets, mussels?). Recorded in stereo using a Tascam DR-05.
