Morning Kinh Hanh at New Barn

Morning walking meditation (Kinh Hanh) for a group of practitioners at New Barn Field Centre in Dorset. This upload captures the movement from sitting meditation to walking meditation and back. The sounds of the bells, practitioners and rustling of clothing are underpinned by the buzz of four electric heaters overhead, the ticking of a clock behind and sounds of planes and birds outside.
