This upload captures the end of the morning sitting, the bells sounding to invite participants to stand, bow and leave the room together. Participants are in noble silence as they leave (a period of silence lasting from the evening sitting meditation at 8.30pm to breakfast at 8.30am). The recording was made as part of a Tea Ceremony retreat with the UK Community of Interbeing (https://coiuk.org). (Sennheiser 8020s either side of a Jecklin Disk on a SD MixPre6)
