Extract 1: Moving from the station into residential streets. The 5 Pankow Soundwalks project took place during spring 2019. April 27 2020 was the first anniversary of walk1. So I walked the same route in celebration starting at Pankow S&U Bahnhof at the same time. The coronavirus lockdown has caused some changes. Almost no planes are flying (this route is directly under the flight path into Tegel Airport), the traffic reduced, although not by so much and the children's playgrounds are closed. Locally these make quite a difference. Five extracts of the walk recording can be found on aporee.
