Recordist's notes
We arrived at Agathi, a village in the Aridaia province, around twenty to one in the afternoon. The heat was unbearable. The sound of the cicadas added a sense of summer laziness to the atmosphere. The recording took place on the grounds of the village school, which is expected to open its doors as a cultural center for the first time since 1984.
