Recordist's notes

The German public trains seem to make more money with catering services than with their core business - allthough they deliver equially limited quality in both areas. As a result the audience has to listen to epic recitals of the current menu. These "catering announcements" are repeated after each stop and contain unintended comical effects when the staff reads texts monotonously that are meant to be delivered with enthusiasm and accentuation.
