Recordist's notes
water splashing in the small, rocky dock. it's a hidden dock, some kind of small ship facility hidden in the rock cliff. seemed abandoned. a concrete platform, 3 or four buildings, sort of warehouse type, in complete ruin. place covered in various trash. substantial amount of trash also in the water. every splash moves about a bed of plastic in all forms and shapes.
