Recordist's notes

An aural document by Harold Pitt, POW No 5585 who was captured 26th May 1940 and spent some years at this spot in Bau und Arbeits Battallion (BAB) 21, a work camp for British Prisoners of War. He was liberated by the Americans in April 1945. He died 10th April (my birthday) 2011 aged 93. He was my father.
