Recordist's notes
Eunice asks her grandmother about how the BaTonga used to survive in the bush after their forceful removal from the fruitful land of their ancestors at the Zambezi. Her grandmother lists some of the bush fruits they used to collect like Makuli or Mutili and describes how they used to prepare them for dishes... a recording from the radio project "Women documenting women stories" with Zubo Trust. Zubo Trust is a women’s organization in Binga Zimbabwe bringing women together for self-empowerment. http://www.zubo.org
