Barnaby's tiny 16 week old sounds

This is one of my nephews, Barnaby. He is about 16 weeks old and is starting to make all sorts of sounds. I love these little growls and utterances, a bit grizzly and then happy again... I love listening as he gets to grips with having a voice and exploring his ability to make noises with it. Sometimes he startles himself with his own sounds so I don't know how well he understands that he himself is making these noises! In this recording I am walking with Mel - Barnaby's mother and my sister-in-law - and we are chatting about his sounds. The recorder is in the pram and Barnaby is chatting into it. You can hear the rumble of the pram, the distant traffic, and us chatting about when my train home will be there. We pass into a tunnel at some point which makes Barnaby's sounds especially sonorous.
