Recordist's notes
Dual contact microphone recording from a chain link fence surrounding a concrete ruin in Castlewood State Park off Lone Wolf Trail. In the 1920s this area along the Meramec River was an extremely popular summer resort destination. The park contains many concrete ruins from that time. The Lone Wolf Trail was named for the former Lone Wolf Club, an area speakeasy during Prohibition.
