Recordist's notes
The convention with loud bird scarers is that, in order to cause less disturbance to humans, they are shut down an hour before nightfall or before 10pm, whichever is earlier. They do not start in the morning until after 7am. This was the last bang of day at this site. There are distant rooks and gulls. A plane flies over.
