Recordist's notes
The tree is not large but it's the center of this triangular space. Leaves - recovered from the drought only to dry in the autumn - flutter in the breeze as trains and planes pass by. The Wet Triangle (Das Nasse Dreieck) was formerly part of the Berlin Wall death strip. Today it is a slightly hidden, rewilding green space, a favourite for dog walkers and local kids. Sirens and the city are audible in the distance.
