Recordist's notes
Although recorded only a few centimetres from the river surface there are almost no audible water sounds. All that can be heard is traffic from the highway on the opposite bank. Actually a canoeist is paddling past but is completely inaudible. The sound is quite clear when listening underwater (next recording).
