Recordist's notes
This recording starts at 2 am on a busy night with workmen removing the stage after a show, traffic, dogs, voices, muntjac, trucks, jets and alarms. The mics are on the roof again facing east into the wind towards the Severn Valley with the slope of the land and the breeze bringing the sounds up from below. Recorded in real time by laying the mics on the roof which is angled at 45 degrees. This seems to exaggerate the stereo image and boost the audio maybe by adding reflected sound. The red marker on the map is on the area where most of the sounds originate. MixPre 6 II with 2 Sennheiser MKH 8020s in a home made wind jammer. 32bit x 48k
