Recordist's notes
A chance encounter with an old fashioned fair on Palmer Park. Art Deco arcade machines, a creaky old Waltzer, and an old fairground organ belting out tunes on the carousel. Stood and listened in the sunshine until Mark got bored of waiting! I love the sound, it reminds me of being very young and going to the Beamish steam fair with my parents and grandparents.
