Recordist's notes
One of Braunschweig natural environment restoration projects along the meandering River Schunter. It is an interesting mix of industrial sites, open wetland, small woodlands and residential areas. High pylons march across the expanse. On this windy, cold, grey morning a great tit, and later, a whitethroat sing in the low bushes. Ducks fly over. As always in Braunschweig autobahn traffic creates the constant background.
