Recordist's notes
Schlossweg - the shady, relatively traffic free path to the castle - has a succession of drains, where running water can always be heard resonating beneath your feet, each with a slightly different sound or pitch. This recording - the microphones are dangling though the drain grills - brings them together as one walks up the hill. Occasionally someone ride a bike over the top.
