It's 5am. Bees are in the nasturtiums just to the left of the open door, a muntjac calls on the hillside: he is a third of a mile away and 500ft higher, crows and pigeons make up the dawn chorus for this time of the year. MixPre 6 II with 2 x Sennheiser MKH 8020s.
