Recordist's notes
From an overnight recording owls gather in the birch tree and further afield with some additional wildlife sounds. The microphones were suspended outside the kitchen window. They slipped into a 45 degree angle which seems to have given the audio image an unusual shape. Also I believe the window glass has acted as an efficient reflector of sounds. MixPre 6 II with 2 Sennheiser MKH 8020s in my home made wind shield. 32 bit x 48khz original converted to 320kbps MP3
