Recordist's notes

Early the following morning. It only needs a few birds to sing in the forest reverberance for it to sound rather active and full. A blackbird and chaffinch dominate but a song thrush, robin and blackcap also contribute. The cuckoo calls every now and again. At 1min12 cranes trumpet briefly in the extreme distance.
