Recordist's notes

An animal is quietly active close to the microphone. It is impossible to know which, but many deer are present. Whilst there earlier I also watched a hare hopping around before s/he spotted me and disappeared extremely fast. Robins and blackbirds are singing at dusk and there is a distant cuckoo reverberating through the trees. A train passes far away.
