Recordist's notes

A 20 minute meditation in Forbury Gardens overlooking the bandstand and Abbey Gateway. Construction work and the Inner Distribution Road behind dominate the soundscape and generate a lot of low-frequency rumble. This is punctuated with a light breeze blowing through the trees, pigeon calls, young children exploring the park with their carers and the chat of workers from the surrounding offices walking past. Recorded using a spaced pair of Sennheiser 8020s on a SD MixPre 6.
