Recordist's notes
Another recording of the silkworms. They are growing very fast, and now they are bigger, their tiny feet sound louder. You can begin to hear in this recording why sericulturists refer to the restful, peaceful sound of raising silkworms, and also the comparisons of the sounds of the worms with the sound of rain. The main sound is produced by their claspers (feet) rasping against the thick mulberry leaves.
